RA Sugar has the best cupcakes in town hands down! I placed an order for a birthday at work and everyone was delighted with the different flavors but my favorite was the guava cupcake. These cupcakes are lip smacking good, it's a must try! Great taste and a variety of flavors too (dulce de leche was my fav)! Absolutely recommend them for any events that you need cupcakes for. The owner was pleasant and accommodating and was able to deliver as promised.
